Enclosed is your confirmation information. We have reserved (6) DOUBLE BED room type for you, staying ONE night on 08/16/2009 and departing on 08/17/2009 . Should you choose not to stay with us, we require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice for rooms and suites and a 10 day advanced notice for cabins or we will be unable to refund your deposit. Your GROUP confirmation number is 4725. Designated pet friendly rooms and cabins will be charged an additional $10.00 per pet per night. Guaranteed check in is 4:00pm central time. If you would like to contact us about your current or future reservations, please call 1-800-250-8610.
